General Terms and Service Agreement

Manali Cab Services (MCS) provides taxi booking, local sightseeing, outstation cab services, and airport transfers.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Cab Booking and Confirmation Policy

Booking Process

Bookings can be made via our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Manali Cab Services.

Booking Confirmation

A partial advance payment (usually ₹500) may be required to confirm your cab.
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment verification and vehicle allocation.

Booking Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances such as vehicle unavailability, weather conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns.
In such cases, a full refund of the advance amount will be issued.

Advance Payment Policy

The advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.
Advance payments are non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations within 24 hours of pickup time.

Refund Processing Time

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Payment gateway or bank charges, if any, will be deducted.

Cab Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup may qualify for a partial refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup result in forfeiture of the advance amount.

Driver or Service Failure

If the driver fails to reach the pickup location due to reasons beyond our control (roadblocks, landslides, government restrictions), a full refund will be provided.

Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct

Passenger Information Accuracy

Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details during booking.

Pickup Time Policy

Passengers must arrive at the pickup location on time.
Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in cancellation or additional waiting charges.

Passenger Behavior and Vehicle Safety

Passengers must wear seat belts and follow traffic laws.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be chargeable.
Misconduct or inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal.

Rights of Manali Cab Services (MCS)

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual violating these terms.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or natural disasters.
Route changes or vehicle substitutions may occur for safety or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability Disclaimer

Manali Cab Services strives to provide safe and reliable taxi services; however, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of personal belongings
Delays caused by factors beyond our control

Liability applies only in cases of proven gross negligence as per Indian law.
